Employee Data

All employee records are automatically synchronized from Epicor to the time clocks so there is no need for duplicate entry. New hires show up as soon as you enter them within Employee Maintenance so a manager can onboard them directly at the terminal. Terminated employees immediately drop off the terminal, preventing further punches and possibly even door access.

Time Data • Clock In/Out

Time records push automatically to Epicor from the time clocks. A clock in / out will do the exact same thing MES would do. Rounding and lunch rules can be applied either within the time clock admin portal or via Epicor. Time record edits within Epicor will automatically sync back to the time clocks so that employees can see up to date information on self-service reports.
