Employee Data
All employee records are automatically synchronized from VISUAL to the time clocks so there is no need for duplicate entry. New hires show up as soon as you enter them within Employee Maintenance so a manager can onboard them directly at the terminal. Terminated employees immediately drop off the terminal, preventing further punches and possibly even door access.
Time Data • Clock In/Out
Time records push automatically to VISUAL from the time clocks. A clock in / out will do the exact same thing Wedge would do. Labor ticket edits within VISUAL will automatically sync back to the time clocks so that employees can see up to date information on self-service reports.
Work Order Data
Time tracking records can be associated with work orders, pulled directly from VISUAL, for job costing purposes.
